RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer store credit returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Return Process

  1. Contact us to initiate your return
  2. Securely package your item(s) with proof of purchase
  3. Ship the return to our address (customer responsible for return shipping costs)
  4. Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days

Store Credit Policy

  • All approved returns will receive store credit equal to the original purchase price
  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase
  • Store credit does not expire
  • No cash refunds will be provided

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund including return shipping costs.
